The king of roasts, we have  2 bone to 8 bone rib roasts. 1 rib will feed approximately 3 people  Make this the centerpiece of your holiday table.

 HOW TO GET YOUR ROASTS

 Our beef will be harvested at our USDA processor and then flash frozen at our farm. In case you're wondering about "flash frozen"  ---- this method allows us to use NO preservatives - the meats retain nutrients because the cells don't have time to break down & lose their integrity . ( I've done this - it's not pretty ;) )  We will ship your selections packed in our biodegradable insulated box and it will be right at  your door ! No grocery store - no "don't forget your bags", no bag your own groceries and check yourself out. We do the work - you do the fun stuff.             

OF COURSE -- you can always pick up in person at our farmstand or at one of the farmer's markets !
