HOW TO GET YOUR ROASTS
Our beef will be harvested at our USDA processor and then flash frozen at our farm. In case you're wondering about "flash frozen" ---- this method allows us to use NO preservatives - the meats retain nutrients because the cells don't have time to break down & lose their integrity . ( I've done this - it's not pretty ;) ) We will ship your selection packed in our biodegradable insulated box and it will be right at your door ! No grocery store - no "don't forget your bags", no bag your own groceries and check yourself out. We do the work - you do the fun stuff.
OF COURSE -- you can always pick up in person at our farmstand or at one of the farmer's markets !
