One of our most popular steaks, our Strip Steak is a rich, beefy steak with good marbling. Cut from the lower, mid portion of the back, the muscles don’t get much of a work out. Strip Steak doesn’t need a lot of dressing up. You’ll want to cook high and fast, it’s an incredibly tender steak as it is.
The Delmonico steak is typically taken from the rib section of the beef, specifically the ribeye or rib steak. This prime cut is known for its well-marbled texture, which enhances both the juiciness and flavor of the meat. The marbling consists of thin streaks of fat that melt during the cooking process, infusing the steak with rich, savory flavors.
All of our beef is flash frozen to preserve freshness.
