If you go through a lot of ground beef, this is the easiest way to have it covered for the year.
We only open this up once a year, and when it’s closed, it doesn’t come back until next season.
Each month you’ll get:
5 lbs of dry-aged ground beef
Packed in individual 1 lb packs (no 5 lb bulk bags)
Vacuum sealed and ready to go
This isn’t your average ground beef. It’s made from dry-aged cuts, so you get a deeper, richer flavor that really stands out whether you’re making burgers, tacos, or just a quick weeknight meal.
A quick note on ordering
If you’re planning to have this shipped:
One box → you’ll pay shipping
Two boxes → we cover the shipping
The second box doesn’t have to be more ground beef — a lot of folks mix in chicken, pork, or one of the other boxes to round things out.
Most people end up grabbing at least two so they’ve got a better variety in the freezer and don’t have to think about it later.
If you’re picking up at the farm or market, you can grab whatever amount you want — no shipping either way.
This is a 12-box prepaid subscription (60 lbs total), so once you’re in, your supply is set for the year.
We’ll keep this open until May 15 (or until it fills), and then it’s closed until next year.
