A great steak to marinate, this cut also makes great pot roast or simply salt, pepper, rub with a little oil and give it a good sear!
Cut from the rear leg of the steer, our Top Round Steak is lean.
Typically, marinated for tenderness. Delicious grilled or broiled (often called “London Broil”) this is a flavorful cut with a great price tag.
Cut from the front end of the rear leg, our Sirloin Tip Steak is lean and flavorful.
Best to marinate for tenderness and serve rare to medium rare.
