An all time favorite. Similar to the Porterhouse, our T-Bone steak is cut from the short loin. The T-Bone is strip on one side and a small portion of tenderloin on the other side of a T shaped bone.
Great on a grill, stovetop or oven, this cut is best cooked high and fast for a great result. Let it rest before cutting into it so those juices don’t go to waste!
