This beautiful, tender roast makes for a very special meal. A lean roast, it doesn’t need anything fancier than salt and pepper...just be sure not to over cook it!
HOW TO GET YOUR ROASTS
Our beef will be harvested at our USDA processor and then flash frozen at our farm. In case you're wondering about "flash frozen" ---- this method allows us to use NO preservatives - the meats retain nutrients because the cells don't have time to break down & lose their integrity . ( I've done this - it's not pretty ;) ) We will ship your selection packed in our biodegradable insulated box and it will be right at your door! No grocery store - no "don't forget your bags", no bag your own groceries and check yourself out. We do the work - you do the fun stuff.
LET US HELP YOU HAVE A VERY SPECIAL HOLIDAY MEAL- AFTER ALL, JUST BEING TOGETHER IS REASON TO CELEBRATE.
